In our work together, I will draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet your individual needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfullness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
