One of the most important factors that will contribute to the success of therapy is the connection between you and your therapist. Like all other relationships, there has to be an alliance built on trust, respect and compatibility. This goes both ways.

In our work together, I will draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet your individual needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfullness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
